I found this piece in the 'Torbay Express & South Devon Echo' dated 9th September 1975:
“Personal Appearance of DAVID SEBASTIAN BACH. The singer will be here at ZOUNDS RECORDS, Newton Abbot, on Wednesday at 3 p.m. to sign his record.”
... and this picture caption in the 7th August 1976 edition:
“JJ Burnel shakes hands with a youth at Zounds when he visited the shop to sign autographs.”
... plus this advert in the 4th January 1979 edition:
“Zounds, 17 Fore Street - Selection of reduced LP records only 75p. Lots of really big reductions on normal stock. 10% Off all Classical stock. Various oddments to clear.”
