I found this in the 'Gloucestershire Chronicle' dated 21st November 1914: “WALLACE HARRIS Ltd. THE extensive premises lately occupied by Messrs. THOMPSON & SHACKELL Ltd., Pianoforte Merchants, of 42, Eastgate Street, Gloucester, have been taken over by WALLACE HARRIS Ltd., and were opened on Wednesday, November 11th.” ...and this in the 17th April 1915 edition: “Note new address: WALLACE HARRIS, LTD., HARRIS BUILDINGS, EASTGATE STREET AND WESTGATE STREET, GLOUCESTER.”
