Bank 4785.” ...and this in the 'Liverpool Echo' dated 14th August 1935: “Ambrose at The Record Centre - Meet in person the ace of modern orchestra leaders for one hour only between 5 and 6 p.m. FRIDAY NEXT, AUG. 16th. BURT REYNOLDS Ltd., THE RECORD CENTRE, 28 Exchange St. East. Ambrose and his Embassy Club Orchestra is Radio's most hottest feature. Hear their latest recordings on Decca Records.”
