I found this piece in 'The Scotsman' dated 11th January 1986: “The partners, Isobel Waugh, 39, from Glasgow, and Gus McDonald, 55, from Ayr, started the business after working together in a previous venture, Tempo Tapes. When they met, Ms Waugh was in charge of the cassette department at the Sauchiehall Street branch of Clydesdale Electrical.”
