I found this in the 'Evening News (London)' dated 5th June 1968: “SWAN & EDGAR: “Cabaret” stars Judi Dench and Kevin Colson in the record department at 12.30 p.m.” ...and this in the 8th June 1970 edition: “SALES ASSISTANTS required, male & female, for Jewellery, Records, Dress Fabrics & Men's Shoe departments. Temporary or permanent. Also part-time Sales Assistant for millinery department. Equivalent 5 day week. Staff canteen. Apply: Personnel Manageress, 4th Floor, Swan & Edgar Ltd., Piccadilly Circus, W.1. Tel.: 731 1616.”
...and this in the 8th June 1970 edition:
