Slipped Discs Record Shop

'Todmorden & District News' dated 3rd April 1998:“SLIPPED Discs record shop, Water Street, owned by Mr Richard Gelling started trading only five weeks ago, but is already reporting a strong interest from members of the town’s community of all ages. ‘Slipped Disc’ has more of a specialised base than O&J Music, selling indie and dance discs, promos and rarities and second-hand tapes as well as chart music. The large target which adorns a back wall is testament to his own interest in the Jam frontman Paul Weller and several and several posters of the “Modfather” grace the walls with some original Jam rarities.
