I found this notice in the 'Manchester Evening News' dated 28th October 1955: “ROTA for RECORDS. Our new Gramophone Record Section opens To-day. ROTA RADIO & TV LTD., 81 PICCADILLY (opposite Queen's Hotel) MANCHESTER.”
