I found this in the 'West Briton & Cornwall Advertiser' dated 21st August 1997: “Cornwall hi-energy funk rockers Syrup outsold The Prodigy on the first day of their CD release at Rhythm and Rhyme Records, Launceston. Rhythm and Rhyme Records manager Chris Parsons said: "Fat of the Land, by The Prodigy, had been a massive seller, but was upstaged on its first day of release by Syrup.”
