A search for “Record Bar Wilbraham Road” found a blog at this link:
https://chorltonhistory.blogspot.com/2017/04/who-remembers-mabs-on-wilbraham-road.html
... in which someone has posted a comment saying: “I am sure it became MABS Record Bar in the 60's when I was a child growing up in Chorlton.”
There is also a photo (from 1959) of MABS at 494 Wilbraham Road on the webpage.
The dual pricing on the sticker dates it to the early 1970's when decimal currency was introduced. Later on in the 1970s it became a branch of Oxfam: “Oxfam, 494 Wilbraham Road, Chorlton-cum-Hardy, Manchester.”
