I found this advert in the 'Kent & Sussex Courier' dated 15th February 1935: “GRAMOPHONE RECORDS. - Should you be in doubt what to choose, ask R. A. BIRD, 3 Vale Road, Tunbridge Wells, to demonstrate the new H.M.V. Key Records, and you will soon be able to decide which numbers to purchase.”
