Comment: Phase 3 was my local and I've many a fond memory of heading down there on a Saturday with my saved-up pocket money to pick up the latest from Madness, The Specials, The Selecter, etc. There was also a 'Quasar' video game in there that I played for hours and got the all-time high score! It burned down a while back under circumstances that everybody agreed were in NO WAY suspicious or IN ANY WAY related to insurance.
