Comment: I used to get my music from Parker's Records on Halifax Road. The song was on a 12" single I got from their remaindered box, so most probably won't have heard it. The band was called Lone Justice and the track was Ways To Be Wicked.

I found this advert in the 'Todmorden & District News' dated 19th December 1969: “CHOOSE A RECORD OR TOKEN at PARKER’S! FOR HIM OR HER - PARKERS RECORDS, Proprietors: H. N. & D. Parker, 32 HALIFAX ROAD, TODMORDEN. Phone: 3547.”

I recently won on eBay a mint copy of the first Pretty Things EP. No big deal there. However, imagine the buzz when I opened the packet to discover that the disc was originally sold by Parker's Records. The town where my parents lived and my brother still lives. How cool is that? Happy to send you a scan of the sleeve bearing the stamp for Parker's Records.
