I found this in the 'Evening Despatch' dated 5th January 1932: “ANY Wireless Set Supplied from 10s deposit — Mortimer Bros., 25 Ryland Street, Birmingham.” ...and this in the 'Birmingham Daily Gazette' dated 11th October 1949: “Mortimer Bros., 25 Ryland Street, Birmingham.” ...and this notice in the 'Birmingham Daily Post' dated 13th December 1965: “MORTIMER. On December 5, 1955. Henry Robert Oliver, of 25, Ryland Street, Birmingham 15. Funeral service at St. Clement's Church, Sandwich, on Friday, December 17, at 12.30 p.m. No flowers.”
