I found this in the 'Fife Free Press' dated 9th June 1928:
“MENTIPLAY AGAIN LEADS IN SOLVING THE PROBLEMS OF GRAMOPHONE LOVERS with the large and varied stock of RECORDS, NEEDLES, SOUND BOXES, MAINSPRINGS, MOTORS, and all Accessories. Gramophone Repairs a Speciality. The Arcade Music Shop, WEST END HIGH STREET, KIRKALDY.”
...and this in the 21st May 1955 edition:
“MENTIPLAY’S MUSIC and RADIO STORES 19/21 High Street, KIRKCALDY. PHONE 2557. Branch: 51 HIGH STREET, BURNTISLAND.”
...and this in the 22nd December 1962 edition:
“MENTIPLAY’S MUSIC AND RADIO STORES 12/13 OLYMPIA ARCADE, KIRKCALDY. Branch: 51 High Street, Burntisland. Phone 2557.”
