I couldn't find anything relating to M. Bilantz, but I did find an advert in the 'Kensington Post' dated 16th April 1920 (and other ads up to 1937): “The Genuine Co., 546 HARROW ROAD. 77 HIGH STREET, HARLESDEN. 364 EDGWARE ROAD. WE HOLD THE LARGEST AND MOST VARIED STOCK OF GRAMOPHONES AND RECORDS IN THE DISTRICT.” … which are the same addresses that are on the shop bag, and I think the words under M. Bilantz on it that reads: 'GE......CO.' are actually 'GENUINE CO.'

I found this piece in the 'West London Observer' dated 6th March 1931:
“Mr. John Bilantz, wireless dealer, of Harrow Road.”
