MASH | PASSION (rave clothes / acid-house records) - 73 Oxford Street, London. MASH clothes shop on Oxford Street which once stocked rave / street fashion in the early 90's over two floors inc. a basement floor that had some space that was sub-let to PASSION RECORDS. Passion used to stock acid-house records and sell tickets for M25 orbital raves.

Was there in ‘92. Those 2 American kids Kris Kross with their baggy jeans were in there shopping. I remember buying that Green Man 12” on Shut Up & Dance in the record shop in the basement!

Use to get some of my vinyl from there.small little box hole at back of shop downstairs. Good range of record bags as well

Adam Delderfield

I bought my first 12" from there. Slammin vinyl. Took it home a played it repeatedly on my dad's old record player. Good Times.

Rugged Vinyl Records UK Hardcore / Drum & Bass label started in 1992 by Ben James and Ray Stanley from D.O.P.E. Originally, Ray was the manager of Passion Records on Oxford Street and Ben was the manager of Red Records in Peckham.

I seem to remember Mark Dale spinning tunes in their. It was a tiny space but the tunes made up for it.
