I bought many albums from here, firstly by mail order, but then personal visits.
It was based at 43, Junction Road, Archway N19 5TH, and was one of the first to offer new records at discounted prices. There was also a branch in Wood Green, although I don't remember where.

This was the first discount record shop I can remember buying from. I first bought from them through the post, and their prices were so good that friends warned me I wouldn't get my records! I did, they were great, and I bought loads of records from them during the early seventies. They also had a branch somewhere in Wood Green.

I found this in the 'Evening News (London)' dated 6th September 1972:
“LP's UNLIMITED Require (1) AN ASSISTANT SHOP MANAGER (Male) AND (2) A WAREHOUSE ASSISTANT (Male). In both these positions some knowledge of record retailing would be an advantage. (3) RECORD ORDER CLERK (Female) For this position we require someone with previous experience of ordering. The main requirement for all these positions will be honesty. References will be required and checked. Also a willingness to work without supervision. Salaries and hours by arrangement. Apply personally between 2 pm-5 pm on Friday, 8th of September to: The Manager, LP’s Unlimited, 43 Junction Road, Archway, London, N.19.”
