...and this in the 14th August 1997 edition: “It really doesn’t matter which store you are talking about, they will all have big sales.” Rick Noworacki, manager of LNA Records in High Street, Rushden, agreed. He said: “We have ordered in more than 200 copies and are expecting lots of people.”
...and this (after LNA Records shut) in the 13th September 1999 edition: “SHOPPERS flocked to a new store when it opened its doors for business on Saturday. The Gift Box in High Street, Rushden, proved to be an immediate success with bargain-hunters. The shop sells gifts, cards and toys at discount prices. Owners David and Janette Knightley have bought the freehold for the former LNA Records store.”
