I found this in the 'Western Mail' dated 19th October 1923:
“THE ABOVE GRAMOPHONES and full stock of H.M.V. RECORDS at KINSHOTT'S 23, CASTLE STREET, Opposite CARDIFF Castle.”
...and this in the 16th November 1923 edition:
“Supplied by: CHAS. KINSHOTT, Gramophone Specialist, 23, CASTLE ST. CARDIFF.”
...and this in the 7th February 1924 edition:
“YOU CAN OBTAIN the above and all COLUMBIA NEW PROCESS RECORDS and GRAFONOLAS from CHAS. KINSHOTT, 23, Castle St., CARDIFF.”
