I found an advert in the 'Middlesex County Times' dated 13th February 1970: “KING DISCS 20 KING ST., SOUTHALL - Your local Record Store.
… and this advert in the 4th June 1976 edition: “KING DISCS 5 BROADWAY, GREENFORD; 52a WINDSOR STREET, UXBRIDGE; 196 FIELD END ROAD, EASTCOTE.”

My grandfather owned a record store around that time. His name was Reginald Freeman. I think it was the one in Greenford.

I worked at Uxbridge King Discs 1973/1974. I worked with Wendy Freeman. Does anyone know Wendy? A great record shop which shaped my love of music to this day.

Hello Gary, I remember those days. Still got some of those bags. How are you doing?

Hi Wendy, I hoped that you might see my post here. Not sure what bags you are talking about though. Are you on Whatsapp or Messenger?
