I found this in the 'Lincoln Leader' dated 18th May 1929:
“SEE JOHN R. BEE FOR EVERYTHING YOU REQUIRE IN | Music - Gramophones - Records | PORTABLE GRAMOPHONES from 35/- | PORTABLE WIRELESS SETS from 15 Guineas, 'HIS MASTER'S VOICE' – COLUMBIA. ASK FOR THE NEW EASY PAYMENT SYSTEM. 37 SILVER ST., LINCOLN.”
...and this in the 'Lincolnshire Chronicle' dated 22nd June 1929: “JOHN R. BEE Can supply from Stock all the RECORDS mentioned in the advertisement above. 37, SILVER ST. - COME AND HEAR THEM!”
