I found this in the 'Newcastle Evening Chronicle' dated 11th May 1937: “RADIO - All-World Radio, the makers in great variety at John Hare’s. Terms of purchase from 2s 6d weekly. Choose your set early and be ready for all the Coronation Broadcasting. John Hare, 53, 55, Blackett Street (facing Eldon Square).”
