I found this article in the ‘Worthing Herald’ dated 13th April 1951: “MESSRS. J. W. MANSFIELD, the Worthing music firm and one of the oldest family businesses in the town, are leaving Montague Street, where the firm has had shops for nearly half a century, and moving to shops they own in Liverpool Road, behind their present premises.” ... and this announcement in the ‘Worthing Herald’ dated 8th February 1952: “Change of Address! J. W. Mansfield Ltd. formerly of 28 MONTAGUE STREET, WORTHING Music Salons NOW AT 8-10 LIVERPOOL ROAD (OPPOSITE THE ODEON CINEMA), WORTHING. Radio, Music, Television & all Musical Supplies. Tel. 305.”
