I found this in the 'Hartlepool Northern Daily Mail' dated 6th November 1962: “J. W. Whiteley & Co. Ltd., 3 Finkle Street, Stockton-on-Tees. Tel. 64465.” ...which matches the name and address at the top left of the record sleeve. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any information for Burdon & Whiteley, Ltd., 55 Wilson Street, Middlesbrough, at bottom right of the record sleeve.
