I found this in the 'Hull Daily Mail' dated 14th December 1923: “FOR GRAMOPHONE ENTHUSIASTS we have built a special audition room where one may hear all the latest records played over, free from all outside distractions. J. & H. Holland, 78 & 80 Fountain Road, Hull.” ...and this in the 16th December 1925: “A New Departure in order to cope more effectively with our rapidly extending business - J. & H. HOLLAND, Pianoforte, Organ and Gramophone Dealers, Beg to Announce The Opening of New Branch 211, BEVERLEY ROAD, HULL.”
