I found an address in the ‘Grimsby Daily Telegraph’ dated 29th May 1980: “HUMBER RECORDS for the best in singles, cassettes, top imports, deletions, TV advertised, golden oldies, care kits, stylus, cartridges. 49 NEWMARKET STREET (off Freeman Street), GRIMSBY - HUMBER RECORDS, Grimsby's very own recording company.” ... and also this, from an article about ‘Flashdance’, from the 12th July 1983 edition: “The disc has proved a hot-seller locally, according to the manager of Humber Records in Freeman Street, Les Johnson. “Now we’re waiting for the album soundtrack to come out.” he said.
