Comment: I used to go there so often in the seventies and eighties that I'm sure the stall's owner thought I was quite mad. DJs from the city's radio stations used to sell their unwanted free product to him and if you hit the stall at the right time you could pick up singles, many of them demos or promos, for a very good price. After they had been on display for about a month as they hadn't sold, he used to drop the price of them.
