I found an advert in the ‘Harrow Gazette’ dated 14th July 1914: “EVERY Double-Sided Record in stock. ‘HIS MASTER’S VOICE’ Gramophone Records. W. J. ELLIOTT LTD, Piano & Music Salons, Greenhill Parade, Harrow. Phone 515. Also at St. Albans & Watford.” ... and also in the ‘Harrow Observer’ dated 7th July 1960: “RECORDS ASSISTANT REQUIRED, aged 18-30 years. Please apply to Manager, W. J. Elliott Ltd., 316 Station Road, Harrow.”

I found this advert in the 'Luton News & Bedfordshire Chronicle' dated 3rd May 1923:
“GRAMOPHONES AND RECORDS. AGENTS FOR MARCONIPHONE WIRELESS RECEIVING SETS. Box Office for all London Theatres. W. J. ELLIOTT, Ltd., Chequer Street, St. Albans. Also at WATFORD, HARROW & HARPENDEN.”
... and this advert in the 'Hertford Mercury & Reformer' dated 17th March 1939:

I found this advert in the 'Harrow Observer' dated 3rd December 1953: “TELEVISION, Radio, Records and Music. Felton's, (W. J. Elliott Ltd.), 316, Station Road, Harrow 0015.”
