I lived in Cross St when the Donaldsons had the record shop.Don.Lil and their son David.Debbie you are spot on about David.Sadly Don and Lil have passed away,dont know about Davids whereabouts.I bought all my 45's and L.P's from there,all my Beatles and Elvis.Don used to let me pay weekly for them as i was still at school.Such lovely memories.

just mentioned this shop in cross street on another photo. bought my first record there too Ray Charles "take these Chains from my heart" quickly followed by cliff richard and MOVE IT about 1956
