Name: Doug Hamilton
Comment: I don't know if anyone will remember me but I was manager of the East Ham branch of Davids Record Shop from 1961 to 1966. I left then rejoined as manager of the Euston branch from 1967 to 1969. I helped decorate the Bracknell branch prior to its opening around 1964 I think. Also used to go to the Wardour Street branch when I was half day from the East Ham branch. The owners were Neil & Roy Joseph. I suspect they are no longer with us. In addition to the shops there was also a stall at Wentworth Street which, of course, is part of Petticoat Lane Market. I used to work there on a Sunday Morning circa 1961-1965.
