I found this in the 'Croydon Times' dated 3rd November 1920:
“BICYCLES, Gramophones, Records, etc. wanted; immediate cash settlement; send post card and we call.—Harman, 185, Brighton Road, South Croydon.”
...and this in the 'Mitcham Advertiser' dated 29th March 1928:
“CRAGGS, E., 185, Brighton Road, South Croydon.”
...and this in the 'Croydon Times' dated 15th August 1934:
“Mr. Ernest Frederick Craggs, cycle dealer, of Brighton Road, South Croydon.”
