Also had a shop in Wrecsam for a few years, if I'm not mistaken.

I found this advert in the 'North Wales Weekly News' dated 6th November 1975:
“COB RECORD CENTRE, PORTHMADOG, GWYNEDD. Telephone: 2170; GREENFIELD RD., COLWYN BAY, CLWYD. Telephone: 2176 * * * Open 7 Days per week * * * All the latest sounds on Record and Cassette. New LP's sold at Discount Prices. Large selection of guaranteed Used LP's. Used LP's bought or exchanged.”
... and this in the 18th December 1975 edition:
“For all the latest in CASSETTES, 8-TRACK CARTRIDGES AND RECORDS - SOUNDTREK & COB RECORDS, GREENFIELD ROAD, COLWYN BAY.”
... and this in the 6th December 1979 edition:
“...We are pleased to be associated with COB RECORDS and wish them every success on the opening of their new shop in Bangor at 320 HIGH STREET, BANGOR.”
... and this in the 'Herald Cymraeg' dated 6th December 1986:

Just had a Kevin Ayers record from 1971 with a Cob price sticker turn up in the shop - glad to see it's still going!
