I found this in the 'Holloway Press' dated 5th July 1930: “H. L. Lubelski, trading as Bright Home Supplies, of Stroud Green Road, Islington, appeared at North London Police Court on Friday, in answer to a summons taken out by the Islington Borough Council, for unlawfully suffering a gramophone to be operated, contrary to the by-laws made in the Borough on March 21, 1930.”
