Originally called 'Blast From The Past' in the mid 1990s this was one of the smallest record stores I've ever visited. They packed a lot in with plenty of new CD release and were quite good for past CD singles and secondhand albums which I enjoyed flicking through. Vinyl records where displayed on the rear wall.

I found this piece in the 'Eastbourne Herald' dated 9th July 1999:
BLAST MUSIC is an established business in the Enterprise Centre, well stocked with CDs and cassettes with music ranging from the 1920's right up to current chart toppers.”
... and this piece in the 16th March 2001 edition:
“BLAST MUSIC was established over 15 years ago, with present owner Fred Connell taking up the reigns almost four years ago. In stock is an extensive collection of music on CD and cassette. Music ranges from 1920's to current top 40 hits — all at reasonable prices. And there is also a large stock of new and secondhand videos.”
... plus this address in the 1st June 2001 edition:
“BLAST MUSIC Enterprise Centre, Station Parade, Eastbourne.”
