I found this advert in the 'Bexhill-on-Sea Observer' dated 7th February 1931:
“NORMAN BLACKBURNE, 11 SEA ROAD, BEXHILL-ON-SEA. WIRELESS: Portable and All Mains Receivers. BATTERY SERVICE, GRAMOPHONES AND RECORDS. Agent for Columbia Gramophones; Columbia, Decca and Brunswick Records. ALL REPAIRS.”
... and this in the 15th December 1956 edition:
“NORMAN BLACKBURNE, LTD., Western Road and Sea Road. For the music lover why not a record token this Christmas? Or if you know vour friends’ choice there is a large selection of classical and modern music which can be obtained.”
... and this in the 9th July 1966 edition:
“NORMAN BLACKBURNE Ltd., RADIO DEALER, 33 Western Road, Bexhill. Tel. Bexhill 227.”
