I found an advert in the ‘Staffordshire Sentinel’ dated 1st April 1999: “BEVANS SOUND CENTRE Staffordshire's Record Retailer 78’s Vinyl Cassettes CD’s MiniDisc 67 THE STRAND, LONGTON, STOKE-ON-TRENT.” ... and there is a history of Bevans at this link: https://bevansmusic.wordpress.com/bevans-history/
