This must have been an early record shop as they advertise 8" records which were discontinued in 1910. They were at 26 Change Alley, a street which was heavily bombed in WW2 and demolished in 1964 for the current modern road layout, so the location is approximate. They also had a shop in Leeds and one in Bradford.

I found this in the 'Sheffield Independent' dated 21st October 1927:
“BELTONS 26 Change Alley (Off High St.), Sheffield, for radio, gramophones and all the latest RECORDS.”
... and this in the 6th October 1928 edition:
“BELTON’S 26 CHANGE ALLEY, For GRAMOPHONES. Full Range of Gilbert’s New Models. DEFERRED TERMS ARRANGED.”
