I found this advert in the 'Lancaster Guardian' dated 9th March 1956:

I found this in the 'Morecambe Guardian' dated 21st September 1956: “RECORD PLAYERS, All kinds. 3 and 4 speed, Auto-change. Amplified Models from 12 gns. CHRIS WILLAN, 20, NEW STREET, LANCASTER. Tel. 3132.”
