I found this in the 'Lynn Advertiser' dated 7th December 1984: “Andy's Records - the greatest music stores in the world (well East Anglia!) - have arrived in King's Lynn with a fabulous new record superstore at 10 NORFOLK ST., KING'S LYNN.” ...and this in the 11th March 1986 edition: “SHOP IS 'TOP OF THE POPS' - WHEN it comes to sales, Andy's Records of Lynn is top of the pops since it first opened in December, 1984. Andy's Records founder, managing director Mr Andy Gray, visited the Norfolk Street branch of the East Anglian record shop chain.” ...plus this picture caption on the same page: “RIGHT: Record success. Andy's Records managing director Mr Andy Gray (second right) pictured with Lynn shop management and staff. From left: Senior manager Mr Tony Malone, assistant Richard Moreland, assistant Andy Reed and assistant manager, Kevin Plume.”
