A Slice of Vinyl Record Shop was established in 2018. We are an independent, family run Record Shop on the South Coast of England, close to the harbor of Portsmouth & Southsea. Starting our journey on Gosport Market, followed by a stint above a local cafe. When we moved into our smaller shop, we very quickly grew and moved to our current location at number 103 Stoke Road, Gosport, PO12 1LR.
We hold regular instores and outstores in conjunction with the major record labels, so check out our event section in our online shop!
Our aim is always to be inclusive of all music tastes and with 1000's of records to sift through, our customers always find something to take home. We are proud of our Slice Of Vinyl Community - if you'd like to join, find us on Facebook, Insta or Tiktok and keep in touch.
Like you, we love music and offer many different formats, stocking a healthy amount of pre-loved vinyl records, brand new and sealed vinyl (both new releases and re-issues) CDs and more.
You’ll find us in the costal town of Gosport, with a 3 hour free car park out back (Jamaica Place) Our record shop has direct links from Fareham, Portsmouth, Havant, Southampton and London. Pop down and have a dig!
