I found this advert in the 'Macclesfield Express' dated 1st October 1981: “A & A MUSIC, MACCLESFIELD INDOOR MARKET, TUESDAY – SATURDAY. Telephone: Macclesfield 615328 or 23A High Street, Congleton. Telephone: Congleton 77503.” ... and this in the 27th March 1986 edition: “DON’T BE BORED THIS EASTER - VISIT A and A MUSIC: FILMS FOR HIRE (VHS & BETA): RECORDS: CASSETTES: COMPACT DISCS: ALL IN ONE BIG SUPERSTORE. OPEN ALL DAY GOOD FRIDAY. 23a High Street, Congleton 277503. Also: Indoor Market Macc 615328.”
