I found this in the 'Daily Record' dated 16th December 1974: “Now at 23rd Precinct, a few doors away at Bath Street, as well as a separate classical record shop - Symphony One - at the same address, we even went to the length of opening a separate tape and cassette shop - Precinct Tapes. Specialisation is the thing. Now, with our departments separated, our customers can enjoy the music and atmosphere most suited to their tastes.” explained the manager.
