Rhythm (East Grinstead)

I found this in the 'Kent & Sussex Courier' dated 9th September 1938; “WE STOCK THE BEST!! IF YOU WANT THE BEST RADIO, RADIOGRAMOPHONE or TELEVISION - Call, Write or 'Phone: RHYTHM (Sussex) 34/36, HIGH STREET, EAST GRINSTEAD. 'PHONE 162.”
...and this in the 'Crawley & District Observer' dated 26th August 1939: “MESSRS. RHYTHM (SUSSEX). Messrs. Rhythm (Sussex) spacious premises and showrooms are to be found at the other end of the town in the High Street, and here again is a firm of the highest reputation where up-to-date methods are the keynote of their business. Expert advice is available on any point connected with wireless or any musical instrument come to that. Some of the most beautiful wireless sets on the market to-day are on show and demonstrations are gladly given. Television is a speciality. Messrs. Rhythm (Sussex) are agents for most of the leading makes, and H.M.V. Models of every price and construction are to be found.”
