I found this piece in the 'Coventry Evening Telegraph' dated 28th December 1960:

“RECORD CENTRE, (OPPOSITE LOCARNO BALLROOM) 19, SMITHFORD WAY, COVENTRY. YOUR LOCAL E•M•I RECORD DEALER FOR HIS MASTER'S VOICE * CAPITOL * COLUMBIA * M•G•M * MERCURY * 'TOP RANK' RECORDS.”

… and this in the 26th January 1961 edition:

“Personal Appearance of KEN DODD on Friday, 27th January, when he will AUTOGRAPH his Records between 12 and 1 p.m. At RECORD CENTRE, OPPOSITE LOCARNO BALLROOM, 19, SMITHFORD WAY, COVENTRY.”
