I found an advert in the 'Rochdale Observer' dated 3rd April 1926: “We have the LARGEST STOCK OF RECORDS IN TOWN, All the Latest Titles to Choose From. MITCHELL’S, Columbia Depot, 244 Yorkshire Street, Rochdale. TEL. 1186.”
