Les, owner of Drogo's and Linzi Enterprises, which also ran a record shop, coffee and record bar, and card shop in Selby, was to one local group in particular the man who helped them on the way to international success. The group was then called Ricky Knight and The Crusaders. Later it would be managed by John Chichester Constable, of Burton Constable Hall. This led to a change of name to the Hullabaloos and recordings that achieved massive success in the US.
