Prop H.G.Mosby. Established 1918, demolished 1936. This sounds a very grand shop but was quite modest, and partly built out over the river by the bridge here. Originally called Mosby's The Radio Man. The were main agents for Dulcetto Gramophones, and did repairs, charged batteries, etc. as well as stocking "all the latest records" and sheet music.

I found this advert in the 'Sheffield Independent' dated 15th November 1924:
“GRAMOPHONE, double-spring motor, worm drive, 12in. plush turntable, gooseneck tonearm; £5 19s. 6d. - Heeley Gramophone Saloon, 507, London Road, Sheffield.”
... and this in the 'Star Green 'un” dated 12th December 1931:
“H. G. MOSBY (THE RADIO MAN), For Your Wireless Set.”
