I found this piece in the 'Wolverhampton Express' dated 23rd April 1975: “Police are investigating a smash and grab raid at Hatherley’s second-hand shop, Cannock Road, Wolverhampton. Two hundred LP records, worth £450, were stolen. The discs, all with sleeves and in good condition, included 100 reggae and various Tamla Motown releases.”
