I found this advert in the 'London Daily Chronicle' dated 30th December 1927:
“NEW Dance Records for OLD. Wonderful Offer by FOYLES MUSIC COMPANY, 119, Charing Cross Road, W.C.2.”
...and this in the 20th April 1928 edition:
“GRAMOPHONE RECORDS (NEW AND OF EVERY MAKE) ON APPROVAL. Sealed with the 'Foyloseal' and Guaranteed Un-played. Particulars Gratis and Post Free, FOYLE'S MUSIC COMPANY, 119 CHARING CROSS ROAD, LONDON, W,C.2.”
