I found this advert in the 'Fife Free Press' dated 10th October 1931:

Ormond Batteries and Accumulators, Telsen Components, Etc. Accumulators charged. Repairs. M. B. FORRESTER, 339 HIGH STREET, KIRKCALDY.”
